KOTKI FOREST
Kotki-Forest is a group dedicated to the closed species Kotka by Miss-Mazzira .
Kotkas are large feline like creatures that inhabit a world covered by massive trees that create large, dense forests of every type known as Ninguerra.

NINGUERRA, THE WORLD OF KOTKI
GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT
The largest of the forests are centered around the equator, with the tallest of trees and the most diversity of all species, flora and fauna alike.
To the north, the forests become thick deciduous swathes of trees. The branches are heavy with sweet fruit and earthy nuts in the best months, but barren and vulnerable in the worst. Beyond that are the fir forests, the trees becoming smaller and stunted until they give way to the vast northern tundra.
To the south, the forests appear sparsely, with spindly trunks and thin branches supporting the nimble and light. The whole forest is rich with sharp smells, and food can be found in tough, brightly coloured fruits and small scurrying prey. Scattered between the trees are vast deserts that no Kotka dare enter. As in the north, the trees become smaller and sparser the further from the center, until it becomes a vast, frozen wasteland.
The northern and southern tundras may seem inhospitable, but they are rich with seafood and smaller ground creatures. If one can weather the cold and find a safe place to build, the tundra is perhaps the safest place in Ninguerra.
On the ground, the largest of creatures roam. The things of nightmares that mothers whispers to their children as they rock them to sleep in the tallest of trees. Never go to the ground, and never for long. These massive predators feast on the omnivorous behemoths wandering through the undergrowth, but they will not pass up the chance of snacking on a stray Kotka that wanders too close.

KOTKI SETTLEMENTS
The ever present dangers of the apex predators on the ground keep Kotkas high in the trees, their villages strung between the massive trunks and overflowing from high branches like ripe fruit.
These settlements can range from small villages and outposts to massive, sprawling cities high in the trees.
They tap water from the trees forming what they call springs and catch it from the rain.
Every settlement, whether large of small, has a sacred source of water, usually within a massive hollow in a central tree, that is the heart the Mother's Garden.
The largest of these gardens are known as the Sanctuaries, and are housed in the three major cities of the world: the northern capital, Ninura, the southern capital Apetha, and the largest city of the northern tundra, Mimmure.
Food is gathered, caught and stored for the less prosperous months and for trading.
The northern settlements are carved into mountains and cliffs. Living at great heights is a habit they cannot deny.
The Mother's Gardens are centered in the warmest part of the settlement where plants from the forest can be grown.
Food is gathered from the ocean and the tundra.
